1 package Pizza Dough
13 Ounce Can Pizza Sauce
¼ lb Sandwich size Pepperoni Slices
½ cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
½ cups Shredded Provolone Or Romano Cheese
1 egg slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 F. Prepare a large muffin tin by lightly spraying it with cooking oil spray.
1. Punch down dough on lightly floured surface and cut into 6 – 8 equal portions.
2. Place each portion in a muffin cup, pressing down lightly into the bottom and fitting around the edges of the tin.
3. Place one slice of pepperoni in the bottom of each cup.
4. Spoon 2 tbsp of sauce over pepperoni.
5. Combine the two shredded cheese in a separate bowl.
5. Spoon cheeses on top of the sauce.
7. Pull up all four corners of dough up over the cheese, crimping the edges to seal.
8. Lightly brush top of each muffin with egg and let sit for 5 minutes.
Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the muffins are slightly golden.
