1 1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
3 T. sugar
2 T. butter
6 filet mignon steaks
2 oz. soft goat cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat broiler. Boil balsamic vinegar and sugar over med./high heat until reduced to 1/3 cup (~18 min.). Cook steaks to desired doneness (season before cooking). Top steaks with crumbled goat cheese and broil ~1 min., until cheese melts. Drizzle steaks with balsamic syrup and serve.
