4 c. chickpeas (raw)
4 cloves garlic - peeled and minced
1 medium onion - minced
1 1/2 c. parsley
1 bunch cilantro
1/2 bunch dill
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Flour
Vegetable Oil for frying

Directions:

Soak chickpeas overnight (raw).
Use 3 times as much water as chickpeas.
All of the water should be absorbed and the chickpeas should be chewable.
Soak parsley, cilantro, dill in water and vinegar to find bugs.
Then rinse thoroughly.

Put all ingredients into grinder or food processor.

Add flour until mixture is stiff enough to make balls. Chill.

Heat enough oil in a pan or pot to cover balls.
Fry balls in hot oil until golden brown.
