4 c. fresh cut rhubarb
2 eggs - beaten
1 - 1 1/2 c. sugar
2 T. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

9" pie crust unbaked

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven: 375º

Dice rhubarb in large bowl.
Add all other ingredients.
Mix well and put in pie crust.

Bake: 45 Minutes
