1 box cake mix (lemon is good)
1 egg slightly beaten
2 cups cool whip thawed (8oz)
1/2-1 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix cake mix, egg and cool whip together, batter will be sticky. Put powdered sugar in a small bowl. Form dough balls and roll in powdered sugar. Bake 8-10 minutes, allow to cool on the sheet. Remove and place on wire cooling rack
