3/4 CUP SUGAR
3 TABLESPOON FLOUR
1/8 TEAS. SALT
1 CUP SOUR CREAM
3 EGG YOLKS
1TABLESPOON LEMON JUICE

PRE COOK THE PIE SHELL BOTTOM. WITH A FORK POKE A FEW HOLES INTO THE CRUST

DRAIN THE PINEAPPLE .
MIX ALTOGETHER AND COOK UNTIL IT THICKENS
LET STAND AND COOL AND PUT INTO PRECOOKED PIE SHELL. TOP WITH FRESH WHIPPED CREAM
