"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Personal Notes:
I cook a whole chicken until falling off bone tender. I remove chicken by straining and then adding broth back into pot. Pull chicken off bone, discard bones and set chicken aside. Put noodles in a few at a time into hot broth and cook until noodles are done, I stir chicken back in just after noodles are done and let it sit for a few minutes to reheat chicken. Dish up into bowls and enjoy.
