Yellow cake mix
1 can lemon pie filling
8 oz. sour cream
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 3 3/8 oz. box vanilla instant pudding
8 oz. Cool Whip





Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix as directed. Bake in 13 X 9 pan being careful not to overbake to keep it moist. Cool and remove from pan, slice crosswise into two layers. Place bottom layer back in pan. Combine lemon pie filling and sour cream. Spread over cake. Place top layer of cake over lemon filling. Mix pineapple with juice, instant pudding and Cool Whip. Spread over top of cake and refrigerate.
