1 lb. okre, sliced (frozen or fresh)
1 onion, chopped
1 can petite diced tomatoes
salt & pepper to taste
minced garlic to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook the okra and onion till onion is clear. Add remaining ingredients and cook until okra is done, but not too much. It will get slimy if cooked too much.
