5# PASTRY FLOUR
3 TABLESPOONS SALT
12 EGGS
1 PACKAGE YEAST (DISSOLVE IN 1 CUP WARM WATER)
1 TABLESPOON SUGAR IN YEAST WATER
3 TABLESPOONS CRISCO
1 SMALL WINE GLASS OF OIL...
BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE
HOT PEPPER SEED IF YOU LIKE.....

Directions:

BEAT EGGS UNTIL FOAMY, ADD FLOUR, SALT, CRISCO, OIL AND YEAST.
WORK DOUGH THEN COVER.... WORK DOUGH TWICE.....
MAKE PRETZELS AS BIG AS YOUR FINGER.
PUT IN BOILING WATER UNTIL THEY RISE TO THE TOP.
PUT ON TOWEL OR TABLE CLOTH TO DRY.
PUT ON RACK IN OVEN AT 350º UNTIL THEY GET BROWN.

SOME PRETZELS WILL BE SMALLER OR LARGER DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF YOUR FINGER.....
