1 cup extra virgin olive oil
6 tablespoons white wine vinegar
4 tablespoons parsley
2 tablespoons basil
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard

1 pound pasta
1/2 pound mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped scallions

Mix dressing ingredients well. Pour over remaining ingredients. You can also add black olives, corn, blanched carrots, etc.
