1 1/2 qt water (bring to a boil)
4 chicken bouillon cubes
2 1/2 cup poatoes
1/2 pkg california vegetables
Butter
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup celery chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb Velveeta Cheese chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to a boil. Add next 3 ingredients to water and boil for 8-10 minutes.
Saute' onions and celery in a small amount of butter until tender and add to boiled vegetables.
Add soup and cheese. Reduce heat, stirring occasionally until cheese is melted.
