1/2 cup of butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 cups chopped celery more or less
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 teaspoons ground sage
1/2 teaspoon ground thyme
1 teaspoon poultry seasonings
5 cups of soft bread crumbs ( I use biscuits )
5 cups of crumbled cornbread ( I use two jiffy mixes )
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans of Swanson Chicken Stock
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees.

Melt butter in skillet, saute onion and celery. Add all seasonings to skillet.

In small bowl blend soup, stock, eggs, and vinegar.

In big bowl combine bread crumbs cornbread then add celery and onion mixture. Then add small bowl of ingredients and mix good.

Turn into greased 9 x 13 and bake 350 for 1 hour.
