2 cups plain flour
2 cups sugar
1-1/2 cups small marshmallows
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 cup coke
1/2 cup buttermilk with 1 tsp. baking soda stirred in
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla


Icing:
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. Coke.
1 box confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Cake:
Mix in a large bowl, 2 cups plain flour and 2 cups sugar and set aside.

Combine in a pan; 1-1/2 cups small marshmallows, 1 stick butter, 3 tablespoons. cocoa, and 1 cup coke. Heat ingredients to a boil and stir until marshmallows are dissolved. Pour hot ingredients over flour and sugar.

Then add; 1/2 cup buttermilk with 1 teaspoon. baking soda stirred in 2 eggs and 1 teaspoon. vanilla. Mix well and bake in a greased 11x15 or 9 x13 (baking dish or rectangular cake pan) at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Icing:
Combine in pan: 1 stick butter, 3 tablespoons cocoa, 6 tablespoons Coke. Bring to a boil an add: 1 box confectioners sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Mix well and spread on cake while cake and icing are hot.
