3 large eggs beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1Tbsp. cornmeal
1 stick butter melted
1Tblsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell (I use pastry dough)

Directions:

Melt butter and beat in sugars. Mix in eggs then other ingredients. pour into shell and bake at 325 for 45 min.
