1 1/2 sticks butter
2 cups sugar
2/3 cup cocoa
3 cups quick oats
2/3 cup cocoa
2 T. vanilla
2 T. cold coffee
1 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugar. Add in order the cocoa, oats, vanilla, coffee, and nuts. Mix thoroughly until oatmeal is completely covered with chocolate. Shape into balls the size of walnuts. Roll in sugar. Freeze or chill several hours before serving. Will keep indefinitely in the refrigerator.
