2 lbs fresh green beans (trimmed)
2 1/4 tsp Cavenders Seasoning
1 pkg bacon (cut)
1 medium onion diced
1 tbsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Blanch the beans: Prepare an ice bath. Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil.
Add the beans and 1 tbsp salt and cook just until the beans turn bright green about 10 minutes. Drain beans and plunge them in ice bath until they are cool. Remove from bath and drain on towel.
Cook bacon: Add bacon to a large skillet over medium high heat and cook until golden brown and lightly crisp. Add onions and cook until caramelized.
Finish beans: Add the blanched beans, to the bacon onion mixture and add seasoning. Reduce heat to medium low and cook until beans are heated. 5 minutes. Serve.
