1 15 oz. can garbanzo beans
1/2 cup canned artichoke hearts
2 cloves garlic minced
Juice from 1/2 lemon
2 tbsp. tahini paste (sesame seed paste)
1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper
2 to 3 tbsp. olive oil
Chopped parsley or cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Place first six ingredients into a food processor. Process until smooth and while blade is running drizzle in olive oil. Pour into a serving bowl and top with parsley or cilantro. Serve with pita bread or chips.
