1 package Elbow Macaroni
1 6 oz. cans of tomato paste
1 12 oz. can evaporated milk
2 package shredded cheddar cheese
1 packages shredded Monterey jack cheese
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain macaroni. Place macaroni in large bowl, add butter, salt, pepper, and oregano. Add the rest of the ingredients except one package of shredded cheddar cheese. Place mixture into a large rectangular glass pan that has been sprayed with non stick spray. Top with the remaining package of shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 300 º for 25 minutes. Broil 2 or 3 minutes until top is brown.

This has been a Holly family staple and fed many of us over many years! Quite often cheese from holiday gifts were tossed in too. You can't have too much cheese.
