3 3/4 cups Self Rising Flour
CAKE

2 1/4 cups Sugar
1 1/2 tsp.Cocoa
1 1/2 tsp.Baking Soda
2 1/4 cups Vegetable Oil
1 1/2 Cup Buttermile
3 Large Eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp.
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 tsp White Vinegar
1/3 cup Red Food Coloring

FROSTING

16 ounce cream cheese, soft
1 1/2 cup butter
2 lbs. Powdered Sugar
1 1/2 cups Pecan Pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, sugar, cocoa,and baking soda.
Add oil, eggs, buttermilk, vanilla, vinegar and food coloring.

Beat on High for 3 minutes and pour into 3 greased and floured 9" cake pans.

Frost when cooled.
