l lb. lean hamburg-
1 med. onion, chopped-
1 c. baby carrots-
1/4 c. flour-
l 14 oz. c. beef broth-
2 tbl. worcestershire sauce






Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburg and onion in fry pan. Stir in flour until dissolved. Add beef broth. Bring to a boil and add worcestershire sauce and carrots. Simmer 25 - 30 min.

Serve over mashed potatoes
