10 small new red potatoes
6 hard cooked eggs
1/2 to 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled (reserve 1 tablespoon bacon grease)
1 onion chopped
1 1/2 to 2 cups mayonnaise
1 tablespoon celery seed
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes. Cut up while still warm, add bacon and reserved grease to potatoes, add onion and eggs, stir to combine.

Mix celery seed, salt and sugar to the mayonnaise, add to potato mixture.

Mix all ingredients together. Cool before serving.
