1 1/2 c shortening
2 c sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp almond extract5 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, sugar, eggs, almond thick. Milk flour, baking powder, salt. Add to sugar mixture and blend well. Roll 1/8" thick. Bake 400 for 6-8 minutes.
