1 1/2 c. Angel Flake coconut
1 c. milk
1 c. pet milk
4 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. corn starch or flour
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. butter flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/2 jar marshmallow creme
1 pie crust, cooked and cooled

Directions:
Combine milk and pet milk. Heat 1 1/2 c. milk mixture and butter with 2/3 c. sugar in it. Don't boil; scald. Beat egg yolks; add remainder of milk to them. Add corn starch to remaining 1/3 c. sugar; mix well. Add to egg and milk mixture. Pour in hot milk, sugar, and butter mixture. Add flavoring; turn on simmer; cook until thick enough to stand in peaks. Add coconut, stir, cool 5 minutes. Pour into cool pie shell. Add 1/2 jar of marshmallow creme to meringue after it's ready and spread on pie. Sprinkle with coconut.
