Ingredients:  
3 tablespoons butter,
1 onion chopped fine,
1 pimento cut into strips,
1 1/2 cups cooked rice,
1 1 /2 teaspoons curry powder,
1 cup cream of mushroom soup,
1 pound shrimp, cooked peeled and deveined,
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped,
juice of one lemon.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook butter , onions and curry powder untl onions are soft. Combine other ingredients. Mix. Squeeze lemon on top. Bake at 350 20 - 30 minutes
