3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. blueberries (fresh or if frozen, thawed)
1/4 c. sugar
zest of one lemon

Preheat oven to 350º. In a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients and beat for about 3 minutes. Stir in the blueberries (reserving about 3/4 c. for spreading on top later), 1/4 c. of sugar and lemon rind and blend well. Pour mixture into a greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake until slightly brown, for about 40 - 45 minutes. Remove to a wire rack and cool. Sprinkle cake with confectioners sugar and the reserved blueberries. Cut into squares and serve.
