2 pounds ground hamburger or buffalo
1 packet taco seasoning
2 cups shredded cheese
1 can kidney beans (optional)

Dough Ingredients:
4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
pinch salt
1 1/2 cups of water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger or buffalo in skillet. Drain and add taco seasoning and water. Heat through. Set aside and let cool.

Dough:
Mix all ingredients together to form dough. Divide dough into 8 to 10 pieces. Form into balls. Place dough balls on to a floured surface and roll out as think as possible. Add seasoned meat and cheese to center of each dough round. Seal edges. Fry in hot oil until brown. Cool and enjoy. Refrigerate left overs and slice later for after school snack.
