Pastry: 2 c. sifted flour, 1 tsp. salt, 2/3 c. shortening, 5-7 tbsp orange juice
Pie: 3 c. 1 inch slices rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
3 tbsp. flour
dash of salt
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Line pie pan with Orange Pastry. Mix together rhubarb, sugar, grated orange peel, flour and salt. Pour into orange Pastry. Dot with 2 tbsp. butter. Add lattice crust. Bake 400º 40-50 minutes
