9 lasagna noodles
2 lbs. ground beef
1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 6 oz.can tomato paste
garlic salt
oregano
1 24 oz. container cottage cheese
1 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste and garlic salt and oregano to taste. Simmer. Boil water and cook lasagna noodles.
Place 3 noodles in a lasagna pan or large 9 x 13 in. pan. Spread half the meat/sauce mixture over the noodles. Spread half the cottage cheese over the meat. Sprinkle on half the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Place 3 lasagna noodles over the mixture. Layer meat/sauce, cottage cheese, cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Save a little bit of the shredded cheese for the top. Add the last 3 noodles. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and the last of the shredded cheese over the top of the noodles.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes covered with aluminum foil. Remove foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
