1/2 c. shortening
1-1/2 c. sugar
4 T. cocoa
1/2 c. hot coffee
1 c. sour milk
2 c flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp.vanilla
pinch salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the first three ingredients. Then add in the hot coffee so it all melts together. Add in the rest of the ingredients. Stir until well mixed.
Pour into a lightly greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
Cake is done when toothpick inserted comes out clean.
