Directions:
Brown the hamburger in a frying pan and add seasoning, set aside. Dice the onion and cut the bacon up into pieces. Fry the bacon in a frying pan, when done, take the bacon out and drain. Add the bacon to the hamburger. Save the bacon grease. Add the onion and green pepper to the bacon grease and saute. Fill 4-quart pot with water halfway and add the whole bag of rice, turn on high heat until it boils. Stir rice frequently. When it comes to a rolling boil, turn the heat down to medium. Cook till rice is tender and keep stirring frequently, about 15-20 minutes, then drain. Then add all ingredients together in 4-quart pot and simmer. Serves a lot.
