1 frozen banana
1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 c. milk (rice or almond milk work well, too)

Cut up banana into pieces before freezing. Blend the banana and cocoa powder in a food processor or blender, adding the milk as necessary. You can also add a spoonful of peanut (or other nut) butter, vanilla and/or a touch of maple syrup.
