8 oz. spaghetti noodles (cook according to package directions)
1/2 # flank steak, chicken or shrimp (peeled and deveined)

Marinade mixture:
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 T. light soy sauce
1 tsp. sherry
1 clove garlic, crushed

Sauce Mixture:
1 T. cornstarch
1 c. chicken stock (or beef stock)
1 T. soy sauce
2 T. oyster sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 stalk green onions, diced
2 T. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
Slice beef or chicken into 1/8" strips across the grain. Marinate meat in mixture for 15 minutes.
Prepare a pot of hot water to reheat noodles.
Prepare the sauce mixture. Heat pan and saute the garlic in 2 T. oil. Add meat and stir until 3/4 done. Add the sauce mixture and stir until thickened. Add green onions and sesame oil. Mix well and keep warm. Drop noodles into the hot water. Stir for a minute to heat and drain well.
Pour meat and sauce over noodles. Enjoy!
