1 3/4 c Oatmeal
1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2tsp baking soda
1 cup butter
1/2 c chopped nuts (Optional)
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 large egg
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

Heat oven to 350

Combine oats, sugar, flour, baking powder and soda in large bowl. Cut in butter (like pie crust). Stir in peanuts if using. Reserve 1 1/2 c crumb mixture. Stir egg in rest of crumb mixture then press into 13x 9 (sprayed with little pam) bake 15 min

Stir together milk and peanut butter in small bowl.Pour evenly over crust. using reserved crumb mix add choc chips and sprinkle on top of condensed milk p.butter Bake another 12-15 min cool and cut

I used milk chocolate chips, and think it would be good with peanut butter chips too....also didnt use peanuts
