4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
2 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. nutmeg
5 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in order given, mix well. Put in doughnut dropper. Fry in hot oil, just below smoking heat, turn several times as they fry, until they are medium brown.
Do not prick with fork, turn by tipping. Remove from oil, and place on paper towels until cool. Enjoy!
