1 1/2 c Hot Milk
1/2 c Sugar
1tsp Salt
1/2 c Butter
2 pkg. Yeast
1/2 c Warm Water (105 to 115F)
2 Eggs
6 1/2 c Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mild, sugar, salt, and butter. Cool to Lukewarm. Sprinkel yeast over warm water. Stir to dissolve. Stir into milk mixture. Add eggs and 3 1/2 c of Flour. Mix well (2 Min.)

With wooden spoon, gradually beat in rest of flour until dough is stiff enough to leave side of bowl. Pour out onto WELL flour'd counter (helps to put cooking oil down first) Knead well (10 Min.)

Cover with towel and let rise for 1 hour in a warm place free of drafts.

Grease hans and make dough into large size rools, place into DEEP pan and let rise for 1 more hour.

Preheat oven to 375 F. Bake for 45 min. For the first 25-30 min. have cov ered with foil to keep from over browning the tops.
