300 g ground beef
100 g ground pork
4 tbsp dry plain bread crumbs
200-300 ml water or milk
1 tbsp minced onion or 2 tbsp chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground allspice
pepper
2-3 tbsp butter for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the bread crumbs with about half the liquid and let swell about 5-10 minutes. Add onion, salt, allspice, pepper and the ground meat. Add more liquid, a little at a time until you have a nice smooth mix.

Form equal sized balls with water rinsed hands or with the help of a teaspoon.

Heat butter and brown the meatballs, half at a time. Shake the frying pan so that the meatballs rotate and brown evenly. Lower the heat and continue cooking the meatballs without lid about 5 minutes.
