1 cup butter
1 (3 ounces) package cream cheese, softened
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
FROSTING:
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups confectioner's sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon corn syrup (light)
1/2 cup chopped black walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
For the batter: cream butter, cream cheese and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Gradually add to mixture until well blended. Grease a 13"x9"x2" pan. Spread and bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 325º. For the frosting, cream butter, sugar, vanilla, milk, corn syrup and add walnuts. Spread mixture over brownies while hot.
