1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
4-6 center cut pork chops
1 can cream of celery soup
2/3 C. milk
1 C.sour cream
salt and pepper, to taste
32 oz. bag Hashbrown potatoes
2 C. shredded sharp cheese, divided
2 C. Durkee French Fried onions, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
Add pork chops and saute until brown on both sides. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towel.
In a medium bowl, mix together soup, milk, sour cream, salt and pepper.
Stir in potatoes, 1 C. cheese and 1 C. onions. Mix well and place in bottom of pan. Place pork chops on top of mixture.
Bake at 350º for 45 minutes with foil over top. Remove foil and top with remaining cheese and onions, bake for an additional 5 minutes.
