7 lg. peppers
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic
1/2 lb. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. converted rice (cooked)
2 cans tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, onion, salt, pepper, and garlic. Drain grease. Add cheese, stir. Add soup, stir. Stir in rice. Stuff raw peppers with rice mixture. Place in baking dish. Bake covered 1 1/2 hours at 350º.
