1 cup Flour
2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/4 tsp Paprika
1 Egg
1 cup Milk
2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
Oil (for deep fryer)
1/4 cup Hot Sauce
1 tbsp Margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat deep fryer with 4-6 cups oil to 375º.
1. Combine flour, salt, peppers, and paprika in a medium bowl.
2. Whisk together egg and milk in anther bowl.
3. Slice each chicken breast into 6 pieces.
4. dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture, then into the breading blend, Do this step twice.
5. When all chicken pieces have been breaded, arrange them on a plate and chill for 15 minutes.
6. Drop each piece into the hot oil and fry for 5 -6 minutes, or until golden brown. (at this point you can place cooked chicken in 225º oven until all pieces have been fried).
7. Microwave hot sauce and margarine for 20 seconds.
8. Place chicken into sealable bowl, pour sauce mixture on top, cover with lid, and rotate bowl until chicken is totally covered.
