2 C. Powdered sugar
1 small can (5 oz) Evaporated milk
1/4 C. Butter
3 C. Chocolate chips (I used 1/2 milk chocolate and 1/2 semi sweet)
2 C. Mini marshmallows
2 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 C. chopped nuts (opt)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine powdered sugar and milk in heavy pan. Stir constantly and bring to a boil. boiling 1 1/2 minutes. Stir in butter, marshmallows, chips and vanilla, mix well and add nuts.
Line a 8 x 11 inch pan with foil, pour in fudge. Chill, remove from pan, remove foil and place fudge on cutting board and cut into small pieces.

Very creamy, can keep in chunk, wrapped in foil for several weeks in refrigerator and cut when needed. Stays soft for a long time!
