6 large potatoes, scrubbed clean and diced into 1" cubes
6 c. water
2 bay leaves
1 c diced onion
1 c. sliced celery
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
6 slices American Cheese
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes, onion, celery, bay leaves, salt and pepper in a saucepan. Add water and cover with a lid. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and let cook until potatoes are tender. Remove from heat. Remove bay leaf and add milk. Gradually stir in cheeses. Return to heat on low if necessary to melt cheese. Serve with your favorite bread!
