Directions:
Defrost the frozen Artichoke Hearts.
Rinse the Artichoke Hearts with cold water.
Squeeze out the water from the Artichokes.
In one bowl put the plain bread crumbs, grated cheese, parsley and salt & pepper (mix all together).
In another bowl put the egg and 1 tablespoon of milk and mix it.

Heat oil in frying pan

Dip the Artichokes into the egg mixture and then put the Artichokes into the breadcrumb mixture.(make sure the breadcrumbs stick to the Artichokes). You can do one at a time.

Once all the Artichokes are breaded, place the breaded Artichokes into the frying pan.
Keep checking them, when they get some color to them, turn the Artichokes over and let them cook on that side..

Once the second side is cooked, remove from the frying pan.

Place a paper towel onto a plate and place the fried Artichokes on it.

Once they are all cooked, you can remove the Artichokes from the paper towel and place them on a dish to server.
