1 cup Sugar
2 -3 Banana's, very ripe
2 cups Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Egg
1/2 cup Oil
1 tsp Baking soda
1/4 cup Walnuts (optional), finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Butter loaf pan.
3. Peel bananas and mash with fork in a small bowl.
4. In a different bowl mix sugar, oil, and egg until creamy yellow.
5. blend in the mashed bananas and nuts.
6. Add flour, baking soda, and salt.
7. Mix until all lumps are gone.
8. Put the batter into the pan, and bake 1 hour or until tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
