1 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. whipping cream
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3-3/4 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter in three quart saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add brown sugar and bring to boil, stirring constantly.
3. Stir in whipping cream and vanilla. Return to boil.
4. Remove from heat, let cool one hour.
5. Transfer to a mixing bowl. Sift powdered sugar into icing. Beat at high speed with an electric mixer until creamy and spreading consistency.
