4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts ( the better the grade of chicken used- the better this tastes)
Progresso Italian bread crumbs
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Clean and pat dry chicken breasts. Roll in olive oil and dredge in bread crumbs. Repeat olive oil and bread crumb roll. Place in glass baking pan. Use 50/50 mixture of balsamic vinegar and water ( usually 3/4 cup each) and pour gently over chicken breasts. Bake for about 40 minutes at 375º.

Variation would be to add red wine vinegar instead of balsamic vinegar.
