1 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cups miniature marshmallows
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

2. In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, melt butterscotch chips and butter, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Stir in the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla, and eggs until well blended. Mix in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.

3. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Center will shake but it will firm upon cooling.

I started making this, July 2007. I don't have much of a sweet tooth and although my kids like brownies they are happy to get a mix occasionally. Butterscotch chips can be hard to find sometimes, but if your in the mood I like these brownies.
