1c. buttermilk
1 tbsp flour
˝ tsp butter
1 tbsp lemon flavor
2 egg yolk
1c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolk; add buttermilk, sugar and butter. Mix well before putting in flour. Add 2 teaspoons sweet milk. Add lemon flavor. Pour in pie shell. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
