1lb stew beef
1 ˝ lb okra
1 pkg baby lima beans frozen
1 large can whole kernel corn
1 large can whole tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
2 cups diced chicken
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb shrimp
1 lb blue crab meat

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef seasoned with salt and pepper, onion and celery until done. Add green lima beans and cook until tender. Add okra, tomatoes, corn and diced chicken-then season to taste. Let simmer until vegetables are tender- stirring occasionally. Serve on white rice.
